Monday – Boost yourself with “The Golden spice”

Why not kick start the new week with a yummy turmeric shot. Easy to prepare, give an extra spice to the breakfast table and last the whole week. I have chosen to make a shot that is full of healthy beautiful ingredients. It is not just extremely yummy the list of health benefits is LONG!

Please see the recipe below:

What you need:

1 kg Carrots

2 Oranges

2 Lemons

I piece of ginger (thumb size)

1 tbsp turmeric powder

Black pepper

How to make it:

1.       Peal the carrots, oranges, leman and ginger.

2.       But them into the juice extractor . 

3.       Add the turmeric and pepper into the ready juice.

4.       Stir and pour it into a jar with a lit.
